Ricardo Heriberto Calderón

Ricardo Heriberto Calderón was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and is a proud first-generation college graduate and attorney. With family roots in Mexico, Ricardo brings a unique cultural and personal perspective to his practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.

From the outset of his legal career, Ricardo has focused on personal injury litigation. Now based in Austin, he is committed to helping injured clients—especially those who may feel overwhelmed or unheard—navigate the legal system with confidence. Fluent in Spanish, he strives to ensure that all clients, regardless of language or background, feel informed and supported throughout their case.

Ricardo understands the emotional and physical toll that accidents and injuries can have on individuals and their families. Having faced serious challenges himself, he values being someone his clients can trust to fight for justice during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
